Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Certain items are non-returnable:
- Personalized or monogrammed items
- Final sale or clearance items

Return Process
- Email us at info@atiyagreengifting.com with:
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- We will review your request and send return instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer).
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (damaged/incorrect item).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@atiyagreengifting.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- A photo of the item
- A description of the issue
- Your order number
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After this window, we may not be able to cancel your order as it may already be in processing.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank or credit card account again
- Contact your payment provider — processing times vary
